Khalif Fund reached out to us to help them in creating an e-commerce website that targets the whole world, for Sougha initiative, which aims to create opportunities for unemployable Emiratis who create handcrafts. They didn’t want a pure e-commerce website, they wanted also to expose the customers to the heritage and history of hand crafts, to create an emotional connection that will let the online shoppers appreciate the amount of effort the artisan gave to create the item and convince them to buy it. Using Magneto system, we developed a responsive e-commerce website with a creative design, including animation, high quality photos, and background music, to let the customer feel the spirit of the Emirati heritage.
