Service Delivery Head and Project Manager

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Service Delivery Head and Project Manager to handle all the pre-sales, team management, and project management activities. 

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Manage the Software Development services for new and support projects. 
2. Study the new tenders (RFP, RFQ, RFI, …etc) and prepare the required technical and commercial proposals for submissions. 
3. Perform the required pre-sales demos and activities.  
4. Identifying customer requirements, needs and issues by maintaining an excellent relationship with end-users and stakeholders. 
5. Leading project teams, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets. 
6. Monitoring and managing products development process, software development process, presales activities, and support functions for delivered projects. 
7. Cooperating with the Sales & Marketing teams to identify the target client’s segment and build the marketing and sales plans. 
8. Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery. 
9. Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand. 
10. Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments. 
11. Collaborating with technical design teams to set standards for software, hardware, and security. 
12. Responsible for all the project phases (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control & Closure). 
13. Manage Software Development Projects (Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resource, Communications, Risk, Procurement & Stakeholders). 

Job Requirements: 

1. Should have development experience with at least 10 years’ experience, as Project Manager, Program Manager, Service Delivery Head, or any relevant role. 
2. Should have experience in UAE. 
3. English and Arabic speaking (preferred). 

1. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. 
2. Have certificates like PMP, Agile, ITIL, … etc. 
3. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 
4. Good knowledge with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, …etc. 
5. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
