Khalifa Award

We helped Khalifa Award team in turning their manual application submission process into a digital one through developing a secured, fast, and organized online submission process. To help the users to understand the new process we also created a user guide video. We designed a responsive website with a suitable design using SharePoint content management system. To improve the user experience, we used the parallax scrolling web design to re-design the Award’s website. For a more interactive website, we included a newsfeed and integrated the social media accounts of the award in the website.

Custom responsive web application to be accessed by external users (Applicants) and internal users (Reviewers, Approvers, …etc.) to manage the Award process started from the registration till the Award:

1. Registration process.
2. Review and Evaluation process.
3. Saving approximately 60% of time consumption for judgments .
4. Reports.
5. Admin Panel.
6. Integration with the website for Winner announcement.
